Nelson Semedo: 'Draw feels like a defeat'

Barcelona defender Nelson Semedo reveals that his team were left extremely disappointed by Tuesday's goalless draw with Olympiacos.

Nelson Semedo has claimed that Barcelona's goalless draw with Olympiacos on Tuesday night 'felt like a defeat'.

Barcelona had the better of what was a tight affair in Greece, but the Spanish outfit could not find a goal as the two teams shared the points.

Ernesto Valverde's side are still in a strong position at the top of Group D, but Semedo has revealed that the Catalan giants were extremely disappointed not to collect all three points.

"This feels like a defeat for us," Semedo told beIN Sports. "Obviously you can see from our performance we tried to score goals and even though we got a point it feels worse, but we can only keep working.

"We are not focused on results in other games, we only concentrate on our own position and what we can do within the group."

Barcelona will now switch their attention back to La Liga as they prepare to host Sevilla on Saturday night.
