Atletico Madrid have reportedly expressed a desire to sign Barcelona defender Nelson Semedo during the summer transfer window.
The two clubs are said to be have been in contact regarding the transfer of Antoine Griezmann, who is expected to move to Camp Nou after five years at Atletico.
However, Sport says that the La Liga runners-up have taken an interest in Semedo, requesting for the right-back to be included in any deal for Griezmann.
The report adds that Barcelona have turned down that offer, although the Catalan giants are open to discussing a separate deal for the Portugal international.
The 25-year-old - while happy at Barcelona - is allegedly keen to ensure that he receives enough playing time ahead of Euro 2020 next summer.
Semedo made 32 starts and 12 substitute outings in all competitions during the most recent campaign.
