Juventus will make another move for Barcelona star Ivan Rakitic in January, according to a report.
The Serie A giants were close to signing the Croatian on deadline day, with personal terms agreed with the player.
According to Tuttosport, however, the move fell through due to Barcelona demanding that Federico Bernardeschi be included in the deal, which Juventus refused.
The 31-year-old is still determined for the move to happen though, with the signing of Frenkie de Jong pushing him further down the pecking order at the Camp Nou.
Rakitic was also believed to be one of a number of players that the Blaugrana have tried to use in a part-exchange deal for Neymar this summer, which has left him feeling marginalised.
The former Sevilla midfielder has won four league titles in his time in Catalunya, which looks to be about to come to an end.
