Danny Wilson: 'Barnsley fully deserved win'

Barnsley manager Chris O'Grady says that Barnsley "fully deserved" their 2-0 win over Blackpool.

Barnsley manager Danny Wilson has said that his side "fully deserved" their 2-0 victory over Blackpool this afternoon.

A brace from Chris O'Grady saw them win their first game in six and edge closer towards safety.

"I think we fully deserved it," he told Sky Sports News. "To get three points at this stage is a fantastic return.

"It just makes people aware that we're not going to lie down and we're still there fighting.

"We defended really well and I thought, throughout the game, we looked in control."

Wilson was appointed as Barnsley boss in December.
