Bayern Munich are said to be irritated by goalkeeper Manuel Neuer's contract demands amid speculation regarding his future.
The veteran shot-stopper will see his deal at the Allianz Arena run out in June 2021, and Neuer is reportedly holding out for a five-year renewal.
However, Bayern are supposedly reluctant to offer the Germany international a contract of that length due to his age, with 23-year-old Alexander Nubel set to join the Bavarian giants from Schalke this summer.
According to SportBild, Bayern have been irked by Neuer's demands, and the Bundesliga champions expected discussions to be more cordial between the two parties given their history.
The 34-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to Chelsea in recent weeks, with current number one Kepa Arrizabalaga struggling for consistency this season.
Neuer has made 374 appearances for Bayern across all competitions since 2011, winning seven Bundesliga titles and one Champions League in that time.
