Porto squeeze past Lille

Porto take the advantage in their Champions League qualifier after beating Lille 1-0 in France in the first leg.

Porto have one foot in the Champions League Group stages after a 1-0 win away to Lille in France this evening.

Hector Herrera's goal just after the hour mark was enough for the Portuguese side, who now take a precious lead back to Estadio do Dragao ahead of next week.

Vincent Enyeama saved Jackson Martinez's close-range header, but Herrera was on hand to tap into an empty net.

Earlier in the game Ruben Neves forced Enyeama into a smart save, but the home side will be disappointed that they were unable to trouble the visitors' goal.
