Cech: Title has gone

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech thinks that Chelsea's title challenge is over and the club should focus on third place.

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has declared his team out of the title race.

A late Neil Taylor own goal rescued a point at Swansea City on Tuesday night, although the Blues now sit 12 points behind joint leaders Manchester City and Manchester United.

"We don't even have to mention the word 'title' because the Manchester clubs will not drop many points. That's the reality," Cech said on his official website.

"I still think it is realistic to target the third sport, though. For that we will need to succeed in Sunday's tough match [against Manchester United]."

Chelsea have dropped 16 points in their 12 away games this season.
