Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachran reveals that he is eager to cement a place in the first team next season.

Chelsea midfielder Josh McEachran has insisted that he wants to cement a place in the first team at the club next season.

Loans spells with Swansea City and Middlesbrough mean that the 20-year-old has failed to play for the Blues since January 2012.

"I'm a Chelsea player and my dream as a kid was to play for Chelsea, so I want to play for them this season," McEachran told Sky Sports News.

"But if the boss wants me to go out on loan I'll have to listen to him and go out. It's down to him."

McEachran graduated from the youth academy at Stamford Bridge before signing his first professional deal with the club in 2010.
