Chelsea are reportedly willing to allow midfielder Cesc Fabregas to join Inter Milan in an attempt to sign Marcelo Brozovic in an exchange deal.
The Spain international insisted on Sunday that he is still "fully committed" to the Blues, despite falling down the Stamford Bridge pecking order under Antonio Conte.
According to Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea are keen to add long-term Juventus target Brozovic to their ranks and will use Fabregas as a makeweight to push through a move.
It is claimed that the 29-year-old, who has featured for just 12 minutes in the Premier League so far this season, had a falling-out with new boss Conte which has left his Chelsea future in the balance.
Since joining the West London outfit from Barcelona in 2014, Fabregas has made a total of 97 appearances for the club.
