Chelsea and West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing Portsmouth teenager Leon Maloney.
The 18-year-old scored 26 goals from the wing for Portsmouth Under-18s last season and also featured for the club's development squad.
According to The Sun, Chelsea are keen to agree a deal quickly after receiving glowing scouting reports on the youngster but face competition from West Ham for his signature.
Meanwhile, former Ajax coach Wim Jonk is keen to take Maloney to Dutch second division side Volendam, where he is now the manager, after being impressed on recent scouting trips to England.
Maloney would go straight into the first team at Volendam if he were to make the move abroad.
