Norwich City midfielder Jacob Butterfield extends his loan spell with Crystal Palace for another month.

Norwich City midfielder Jacob Butterfield has had his loan spell with Championship outfit Crystal Palace extended for another month.

The 22-year-old, who joined Palace in January with a view to gaining regular football, has made five appearances since making his debut against Bolton Wanderers.

He was also involved at the weekend as Ian Holloway's side recorded a 4-1 win over Middlesbrough to keep them in the hunt for automatic promotion.

Butterfield began his career at Barnsley.
