Everton manager David Moyes is relishing the prospect of bringing silverware to Goodison Park after seeing his side progress to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

Everton manager David Moyes has expressed his desire to reach the final of the FA Cup and win his first piece of silverware as Everton manager.

The Toffees progressed into the quarter-finals with a 2-0 win over Blackpool this afternoon, and the result has got Moyes dreaming of a Wembley final for the Merseyside club.

"You just have to see what comes along but we are desperately trying to get to the final and win the final, that is the job," said the Scot.

"Everybody else is saying the same thing but for us we are trying to do everything we can to get there but that has been the same since our first day here."

Everton have not won any silverware since they beat Manchester United in the 1995 FA Cup final.
