Preview: Fulham vs. Aston Villa

Sports Mole previews this Saturday's Premier League clash between Fulham and Aston Villa at Craven Cottage.

Fulham take on Aston Villa in the Premier League this Saturday with both sides looking for points following their failures to win before the international break.

Martin Jol's men will be hoping for some consistency this weekend due to their inability to string more than two victories together, while Paul Lambert's side will be eager to put right their 2-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.

The Cottagers can edge nearer to the top six in the league table by snatching three points from their Midlands opponents, while Villa will be desperate to move away from the relegation zone as they currently sit two points from relegation.

Fulham are expected to welcome back striker Dimitar Berbatov from a thigh strain, while Stephen Ireland could be placed on the bench and Christian Benteke is likely to keep Darren Bent out of the starting lineup.
