Fulham manager Martin Jol has hinted that he may make a move for Aston Villa striker Darren Bent.
Bent has been stripped of the captaincy at Villa Park and dropped to the bench since Paul Lambert's arrival in the summer.
With his future unclear, Jol admitted that he would welcome a striker of Bent's quality.
He said: "If your club wants to be top 10, you need strikers like Darren Bent who will score 15-20 goals a season."
Jol signed Bent for £16m in 2007 when manager of Tottenham Hotspur and could be tempted to try to sign him again in January.
