Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Liverpool could line up for Sunday's final game of the Premier League season, against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp has a balance to strike during Sunday's Premier League finale against Wolverhampton Wanderers, with the prospect of winning the title still on the table.

The Reds must hope that Manchester City drop points at home to Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa to stand any chance of nicking the title on the final day, while they also have a Champions League final against Real Madrid to come next Saturday.

That blockbuster showdown in Paris could come into Klopp's thinking regarding a number of injury doubts, with key trio Fabinho, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk having all picked up injuries during the closing stages of the season.

All three are expected to be fit for the final, and Van Dijk and Salah both returned to training on Friday, and Klopp confirmed in his pre-match press conference that he would prefer them to play "for rhythm reasons" ahead of the final.

However, he also hinted at caution and the possibility of them featuring off the bench, so he will not take any risks should any of his players be less than 100%.

Salah's self-confessed appetite for revenge against Real Madrid could be enough to see him miss out, despite now being only one goal ahead of Tottenham Hotspur's Son Heung-min in the Golden Boot race.

In addition to Fabinho, Van Dijk and Salah, Joe Gomez picked up an ankle problem during Tuesday's win over Southampton, although that issue is not as serious as first feared.

Klopp made nine changes to his starting lineup for the trip to St Mary's, and a host of the FA Cup-winning first-teamers are therefore set to return to the XI for this game.

Trent Alexander-Arnold, Andrew Robertson, Thiago Alcantara, Luis Diaz and Sadio Mane are among those who could come back into the fold, with the latter looking to add to his career tally of six final-day Premier League goals already.

There is also likely to be some kind of swansong for Divock Origi, who will leave the club at the end of the season having endeared himself to both Klopp and the fans with a string of high-profile goals.

Liverpool possible starting lineup: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Konate, Robertson; Keita, Henderson, Thiago; Mane, Jota, Diaz
