Tokelo Rantie joins Bournemouth

South African international striker Tokelo Rantie signs a four-year contract with Bournemouth.

Championship side Bournemouth have completed the signing of Tokelo Rantie for an undisclosed fee.

The South African has joined the Cherries from Swedish side Malmo FF, whom only he joined on a permanent basis in April this year from Orlando Pirates.

His recent form in the Allsvenskan is thought to have captured the attention of a number of European clubs, but manager Eddie Howe has managed to convince the striker to sign a four-year deal at the Goldsands Stadium.

The paperwork has not been completed in time for Rantie to feature against Watford in the League Cup this evening, but he is expected to link up with his new teammates later this week.
