Manchester City have remained winless in pre-season after being held to a goalless draw by German second-tier side Dynamo Dresden.
The Premier League champions started with a strong side that included Argentinian strike duo Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero.
Dresden came closest to taking the lead in the opening half when City keeper Costel Pantilimon spilled a shot in the 28th minute before reacting to block the follow-up effort.
Roberto Mancini rang the changes after the interval and Vladimir Weiss came closest to finding the net when he controlled a long pass before attempting a lob that was tipped wide.
City lost their opening game of pre-season to Saudi Arabian outfit Al Hilal on Friday.
