Costel Pantilimon continues in goal for Manchester City, who make five changes for their trip to Sunderland.

Gus Poyet has made two changes to his Sunderland side for the visit of Manchester City, as Steven Fletcher and Sebastian Larsson come into the team in place of Craig Gardner and Jozy Altidore.

Manchester City make five changes to the side that triumphed 5-2 over CSKA Moscow in midweek, as Micah Richards, Joleon Lescott, Alexander Kolarov, James Milner and Javi Garcia all come into the team.

Costel Pantilimon continues to keep Joe Hart out of the side, with the Englishman starting the game on the bench.
