Martin Demichelis has confirmed that he will make a decision about his Manchester City future at the end of the season.
The Argentine signed a 12-month contract in March, but as he prepares to turn 35 years old in December, the centre-back is unsure about extending his deal.
"Next month I turn 35 so I have been in this business for quite a long time," the Daily Mail quotes Demichelis as saying. "I have learned a lot in the past and what I have learned is that you need to live in the present, and enjoy your football.
"I am really enjoying my time here at City, playing with big players and for a club that is so ambitious, with such big objectives. We still have six or seven months of competition and then at the end of the season we will see what's best for me and what's best for the team. For the moment I am enjoying my football and am really proud to be part of this."
Demichelis, who joined City from Atletico Madrid in 2013, has made 14 appearances so far this season.
