Manchester City defender Kolo Toure's future is said to be hanging in the balance following a row with manager Roberto Mancini at Sunday's Community Shield.
Toure exchanged furious words with Mancini after failing to play in the match at Villa Park and gave away his medal to fans, according to The Mirror.
The 31-year-old was left out in favour Stefan Savic for the 3-2 victory and was angered further when Gael Clichy replaced Savic at half-time.
The Ivory Coast international has less than a year left on his City contract and looks set to move if a buyer meets the club's £3m valuation before the transfer window shuts.
