Kolo Toure has claimed that he will stay at Manchester City despite speculation linking him with a move away from the Premier League champions.
The central defender has reportedly been the subject of a bid from Bursaspor and Barcelona have also been credited with an interest in the Ivory Coast international.
However, Toure has revealed that he is expecting to begin the season at the Etihad Stadium and that the advantage of playing alongside his brother Yaya is a key reason for his happiness in Manchester.
The 31-year-old said: "I did speak to the people there (Bursaspor) but I'm just focusing on City. I'm a City player, I still enjoy it here, you can see that.
"I love playing at the same club as my brother. But we will see what will happen. I've got one year left on my contract and that's it.
"I am still at City but you never know the future. For me the most important thing is every day I'm at City I'll give 100%."
Toure has recently revealed that he expects a number of clubs to challenge for the Premier League title this season.
