Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa says that he will be able to "handle the pressure" of playing for the former Premier League champions.

New Manchester United signing Shinji Kagawa has insisted that he won't crumble under the pressure in his first season at Old Trafford.

The 23-year-old completed a switch to the Red Devils last month from Borussia Dortmund.

"I definitely feel the attention of the media globally now," said Kagawa. "I'm a member of a great club at Manchester United. I think I can handle the pressure and am pretty confident I can adapt to the style of the Premier League."

The midfielder netted 24 goals for Dortmund in 56 appearances.
