Manchester United are reportedly preparing to approach Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc as they plan for life after Louis van Gaal.
Van Gaal has a contract at Old Trafford until the summer of 2017, but it has been claimed that Man United could look to replace the Dutchman at the end of the current season due to the team's problems this term.
According to Le10 Sport, former Red Devils centre-back Blanc has been ear-marked by the board as the man to replace Van Gaal at the helm.
Man United will face a tough task to prise the 50-year-old from Paris, however, with PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelafi revealing last month that the Frenchman was in line for a new long-term contract.
Blanc represented Man United as a player between 2001 and 2003.
