Luke Shaw has admitted that he has been amazed by the impact made by Bruno Fernandes during his first few months at Manchester United.
Fernandes arrived at United from Sporting Lisbon in a deal worth an initial £47m during the January transfer window.
The Portugal international has become an instant hit at Old Trafford after playing a direct part in seven goals in his first nine appearances.
Shaw has been equally impressed by Fernandes's leadership qualities, with the 25-year-old not afraid to bark out instructions on the field.
"He's been amazing for us," Shaw said during a Combat Corona live FIFA tournament on Twitch
"The maddest thing is he hasn't actually been there that long but what he's brought in and the quality he has - of course on the pitch - but inside the dressing room as well. He's a leader for us too."
