Manchester United players silenced

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson reportedly places a gagging order on the club's players ahead of Monday's Premier League clash with Manchester City.

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has reportedly gagged his players ahead of their crucial Premier League clash with Manchester City on Monday.

Ferguson is keen for his side to focus solely on the encounter, and has therefore put a block on any of his squad partaking in interviews this week, according to Manchester Evening News.

Meanwhile, United defender Phil Jones is expected to return to the team at right-back for the clash, with Rafael dropping to the bench.

United are currently three points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
