Wilfried Zaha has revealed that he wants to become a favourite with the Cardiff City fans following his loan move from Manchester United.
The 21-year-old joined the Bluebirds on deadline day, signing a temporary deal until the end of the season.
Zaha had a memorable debut last weekend as he came off the bench to set up Craig Bellamy's winning goal in a 2-1 win over Norwich City in the Premier League.
"I was just glad to get on," the attacker is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "We needed the crowd to help and the noise the fans made helped us to push on.
"I'm happy. I hope to be one of the fans' favourites and every game I come on, I will give it my all."
Cardiff continue their battle for Premier League survival on Saturday when they make the short trip to rivals Swansea City.
