Adnan Januzaj scores twice for Manchester Under-21s

Two goals from Adnan Januzaj helps Manchester United's Under-21 side to advance through to the semi-finals of the Manchester Senior Cup.

Adnan Januzaj bagged a brace as Manchester United's Under-21s recorded a 4-0 win over Oldham Athletic in the quarter-finals of the Manchester Senior Cup earlier today.

The 21-year-old was a surprise omission from the United squad that suffered a 1-0 defeat at West Bromwich Albion yesterday afternoon.

However, the Belgian showed good form for the second string by scoring twice before the break after Andreas Pereira had given them the lead.

A further goal was added in the 77th minute by Regan Poole, who netted for the first time in United colours following his summer switch from Newport County.
