Anderson completes Fiorentina loan move

Manchester United midfielder Anderson will spend the remainder of the season with Serie A side Fiorentina after completing a loan move.

Manchester United midfielder Anderson has officially completed his loan move to Serie A club Fiorentina.

Manager David Moyes confirmed earlier this week that the Brazilian was on the verge of joining the Italian side for the rest of the season.

"I was happy at Manchester for seven or eight years, it was a big club for me, but now it's a new challenge and the time to change," Sky Sports News quotes the 25-year-old as saying.

"Fiorentina only missed out on Champions League qualification by two points last season, so this year I want to help them get into the Champions League."

Anderson joined United form Porto in 2007.
