Anderson thanks Manchester United fans

Fiorentina-bound Anderson thanks the Manchester United fans for the support that they gave him following his arrival in 2007.

Departing midfielder Anderson has paid tribute to the Manchester United fans.

Manager David Moyes confirmed yesterday afternoon that the Brazilian was on the verge of joining Serie A outfit Fiorentina on a loan deal until the end of the campaign, with a view to the move becoming a permanent one during the summer.

Although the switch is yet to be confirmed, the 25-year-old has thanked United supporters on Instagram for getting behind him ever since he joined the club from Porto in 2007.

Anderson completed 90 minutes in the Premier League for United on just 19 occasions.
