Manchester United are reportedly preparing a £15m bid for Newcastle United midfielder Sean Longstaff.
The Red Devils completed their second summer signing on Saturday, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka following Daniel James to Old Trafford.
According to the Daily Mail, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are now readying a £15m plus add-ons bid for Longstaff, who made nine Premier League appearances for the Magpies last season.
The 21-year-old has a contract at St James' Park until the end of the 2021-22 campaign, having only recently signed an extension with the club.
However, Rafael Benitez's departure as head coach has seemingly thrown Longstaff's future into doubt.
United, meanwhile, are also reportedly attempting to hijack Barcelona's move for Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann.
