Manchester United are reportedly considering offering David de Gea in a swap deal with Real Madrid that would see Cristiano Ronaldo return to Old Trafford.
In the buildup to almost every transfer window, Ronaldo is linked with a sensational reunion with the Red Devils.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner spent six years of his career at the North-West outfit before moving to the Bernabeu in 2009 for £80m, which at the time was a world-record transfer fee.
De Gea has been at United since 2011, but since his proposed switch to Madrid collapsed in 2015 due to paperwork issues, the goalkeeper has constantly been rumoured as a target for Los Blancos.
Now, according to Don Balon, United are prepared to let De Gea move to Madrid and offer the Spanish giants £35m for Ronaldo in return.
The Portugal captain has scored 34 goals and created seven assists in all competitions so far this season.
