Manchester United have reportedly entered the race to sign Benfica midfielder Enzo Perez this summer.
Perez is believed to be attracting interest from across Europe, with Valencia rumoured to have bid £20m to secure his services.
According to The Mirror, United are considering making an offer of their own for the 28-year-old, who signed a new four-year deal at the end of last season.
"I am feeling very well at Benfica, and I know the club will try to do the best for me. I'll respect what they decide," Perez recently revealed to reporters when quizzed about his future.
Perez is currently with the Argentina squad ahead of Wednesday's World Cup semi-final against the Netherlands.
