Newcastle United are reportedly hoping to capture the signings of French duo Remy Cabella and Alexandre Lacazette in the summer.
Montpellier midfielder Cabella, 24, will almost certainly leave the club at the end of the season, paving the way for him to join the Magpies, according to The Northern Echo.
Meanwhile, Lacazette has also emerged as a target for the Premier League side, having scored 14 goals in 29 starts at Lyon.
The same report suggests that the 22-year-old, who has two years remaining on his current deal, will leave the Stade Gerland if Lyon miss out on a Champions League place.
Newcastle are currently ninth in the league table.
