Paris Saint-Germain manager Laurent Blanc has demanded a mistake-free season from his players.
The former France international admitted that his side is under intense pressure going into the new campaign as defending champions.
"This is a new season beginning with some new players and a new coach," Goal.com quotes Blanc as saying.
"Everybody says that the minimum expectation is for us to be champions of France, so yes it adds extra pressure, but it makes sense. We have no right to make mistakes."
Big-spending Monaco have been tipped as title rivals to PSG, but Blanc was quick to point out that Marseille and Lyon also pose a threat.
"The press are unanimous in saying that Monaco are probably the most serious candidate, with their quality recruitment, but we must not forget Marseille and Lyon," he added.
"Plus, there's always an [underdog] that play a beautiful championship and can meddle at the top, as we saw two years ago with Montpellier."
PSG kick off their new league campaign against Montpellier on Friday.
