Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes has insisted that he is happy with his relationship with chairman Tony Fernandes.
Fernandes once again gave his backing to Hughes on Thursday, despite the club sitting at the bottom of the Premier League table without a win in nine matches.
"He is a great guy to work for. He is very enthusiastic. He has been a great help," the Welshman told reporters.
"He is an outstanding guy, a very successful businessman, and he wants success for QPR.
"He knows he has people working exceptionally hard to make that happen for him and he is very clear in what we are trying to do."
QPR have the chance to pick up their first victory of the campaign on Sunday when they welcome fellow strugglers Reading to Loftus Road.
