James Rodriguez is certain that Real Madrid can overcome a disappointing start to the new campaign.
Los Blancos have lost two of their first three La Liga games this season, including a home defeat to rivals Atletico Madrid at the weekend.
However, Rodriguez, who arrived at the Bernabeu from Monaco for £63m this summer, has insisted that the capital outfit "have the players to get out of this situation".
"We've started badly, but we have the players to get out of this situation. There's no need to get carried away," he told reporters at a press conference.
"We're just starting. It will be a hard match. They have good players but we have to go out to win, be intense and go out to pressure them. We are the home team and we have to respect that."
Madrid open their Champions League group-stage campaign against Basel this week.
