Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti believes that Barcelona are the most difficult team to manage in European football.
Gerardo Martino took charge of the Catalan outfit in the summer, but has faced criticism this season for a perceived change of playing style at the Camp Nou.
Ancelotti has admitted that he has sympathy with the Argentine, while claiming that there is "a lot of hysteria" surrounding Barcelona.
"Looking at Barca, I think they are harder to coach than other teams because for many years there has been a very precise philosophy that has brought good results and it cannot change," Ancelotti told El Mundo.
"Martino seems like a serious person. There are good days for him, but he hasn't been extolled. There's a lot of hysteria. You go from being a genius to a disaster within hours."
The two managers will meet in the final of the Copa del Rey on Wednesday.
