Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has admitted that Cristiano Ronaldo "goes home upset" when he does not find the back of the net.
Ronaldo drew another blank in Real's 3-0 win over Las Palmas on Sunday night, meaning that the Portuguese has only managed one league goal in seven appearances this season.
Karim Benzema, meanwhile, has also managed just one La Liga goal in seven appearances thus far this term. Ramos, however, has insisted that Ronaldo and Benzema will both return to the scoresheet in the near future.
"Cris and Karim's goals will come. Karim is more generous in that sense. Cris goes home upset when he doesn't score, but we don't worry that they've only scored a few goals because they make a difference and what matters is winning, and the goals will come," Marca quotes Ramos as saying.
Real Madrid have lost two of their 11 La Liga matches this season, and are currently eight points behind league leaders Barcelona entering the latest international break.
