Real Madrid full-back Marcelo is reportedly eager to force a move to Juventus in order to reunite with former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo joined the Italian champions in a £100m deal this summer, ending his nine-year stay in the Spanish capital during which time he struck up a close friendship with Marcelo.
El Confidencial reports that the Brazilian is desperate to follow Ronaldo to Turin and could push for an exit from the European champions when the transfer window reopens in January.
Marcelo has spent the past 10-and-a-half years at the Bernabeu, making 456 appearances for the club across all competitions and helping them to 19 trophies - including four Champions League crowns.
However, the future of current Juve left-back Alex Sandro remains uncertain, and should he leave in January then Marcelo could be the man to replace him at the Allianz Stadium.
Marcelo has featured in all three of his side's La Liga games so far this season, helping Madrid to make a 100% start to the campaign.
