Real Madrid have reportedly identified Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe as a potential signing for the summer of 2020.
The Spanish giants have already gone on a spending spree ahead of the new campaign, with the likes of Eder Militao, Ferland Mendy, Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic all making the move to the Bernabeu.
However, the club and head coach Zinedine Zidane remain keen on Mbappe, a player who has been frequently linked with a switch to Real in the past.
According to AS, Los Blancos plan to adopt a strategy which they have used in the past in bringing in one 'Galatico' player ahead of the start of each season.
That has already been achieved with the addition of Hazard, although president Florentino Perez has lined up Mbappe to be next summer's big signing.
Mbappe, who still has four years left on his contract, hinted last month that he was open to departing Parc des Princes.
