Report: Isco considering Real Madrid future

A report claims that Isco will leave Real Madrid in January if Rafael Benitez remains head coach.

Real Madrid midfielder Isco will reportedly leave the Bernabeu in January if Rafael Benitez remains in control of the Spanish club.

Isco, 23, picked up a red card in Real Madrid's 4-0 defeat to Barcelona last month and has been used sparingly since returning from the suspension.

At the weekend, the Spaniard was not involved in his team's 10-2 win over Rayo Vallecano, which was the first time that he had been in a matchday squad without actually being used this season.

According to AS, Isco's relationship with Benitez is beyond repair and the former Malaga playmaker will seek pastures new next month if there is no change of head coach at the capital club.

A host of Premier League clubs are all said to be closely monitoring developments.
