Roma will reportedly be without key midfielder Miralem Pjanic for the next three weeks after the Bosnian suffered a calf injury while on international duty.
The 25-year-old limped out of his country's Euro 2016 qualifier against Andorra on Sunday - a match that Bosnia won 3-0.
It was initially thought that Pjanic would return to action for his club this weekend, but he has been diagnosed with a first-degree calf strain, which is expected to keep him on the sidelines for at least the next three weeks.
As it stands, the former Lyon midfielder will miss Serie A games against Frosinone, Sassuolo and Sampdoria, in addition to Roma's Champions League group match against Barcelona on September 16.
Pjanic has scored once in two league games for Roma this season.
