Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly won the race to sign Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos this summer.
Zinedine Zidane has decided that Ceballos, who netted three times in 23 La Liga outings last season, does not feature in his plans ahead of the new campaign.
Despite being in favour of staying at the Bernabeu, the 22-year-old is now considering his next destination, aware that he must gain first-team football ahead of Euro 2020.
According to AS, the playmaker is in line to make the switch to Spurs in the coming weeks, having held discussions with Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs have already added Tanguy Ndombele to their midfield ranks, although it appears that it will not prevent Ceballos from moving to the Premier League side.
AC Milan have also been monitoring the situation ahead of a potential loan bid for Ceballos.
