Report: Tottenham Hotspur want Samuel Eto'o

A report claims that Tottenham Hotspur want to sign Samuel Eto'o this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Samuel Eto'o this summer.

The experienced Cameroon international is currently a free agent after leaving Chelsea at the end of last season.

A group of Dutch clubs and Premier League side Liverpool have all been linked with the forward, but thus far there have been no major developments.

According to the Daily Express, Spurs have now joined the race and are prepared to meet the wage demands of the player, which are in the region of £100,000-a-week.

Eto'o is believed to be keen on remaining in England.
