Premier League duo Sunderland and West Ham United are reportedly keen to sign Werder Bremen midfielder Ludovic Obraniak.
It is believed that the Poland international has been informed by Bremen head coach Robin Dutt that he does not have a future with the German club, despite the fact that he only arrived in January of this year.
News of his availability has alerted both Sunderland and West Ham, with the 29-year-old having previously stated that he would like to play in England, according to L'Equipe.
Obraniak, who was born in France, started his career with Metz, before going on to have spells with Lille and Bordeaux.
