West Ham United are reportedly on the verge of signing Ecuador winger Jefferson Montero from Mexican club Morelia.
The 23-year-old, who has a £3m release clause in his current contract, is also believed to have attracted interest from Swansea City and West Bromwich Albion in recent weeks.
However, according to The Guardian, West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is confident of securing Montero's services by offering him a four-year deal worth £30,000 a week at Upton Park.
Montero, who has previously had loan spells at Villarreal and Real Betis, has been capped 27 times at senior international level.
