Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly identified Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Palhinha as a potential transfer target.
Despite the uncertainty regarding the resumption of the Premier League, English clubs are already considering their options ahead of the next campaign.
According to O Jogo, Wolves may add another Portuguese to their squad having opened negotiations for Palhinha.
The 24-year-old is currently on a season-long loan spell with Braga, meaning that he is no stranger to the West Midlands outfit, having faced them twice in the Europa League this season.
The report suggests that Sporting are open to cashing in on the player, rather than giving him the chance to fight for his place at the Jose Alvalade Stadium.
Palhinha is said to be valued in the region of €15m (£13.1m).
