Ted Potter Jnr has claimed his maiden PGA Tour title with victory on the third playoff hole against Troy Kelly.
Both men had finished on 16-under, with overnight leader Webb Simpson shooting 40 on the back nine to blow his chance to record another victory.
Potter produced a magnificent eagle-birdie finish to card a six-under 64 and force the playoff at the Old White Course in West Virginia.
The 28-year-old sank a four-foot birdie to win after Kelly had left himself with a monster 45-foot putt at the par-three 18th.
The Tour rookie nearly clinched the title on the second playoff hole, but his five-foot effort lipped out of the cup.
