North Korea 'illegally broadcasting Premier League matches'

North Korea dictator Kim Jong-Un is reportedly having Premier League matches broadcast illegally through local TV stations.

North Korea dictator Kim Jong-Un has reportedly ordered the state to broadcast Premier League matches illegally.

The political figure, who is believed to follow Manchester United, has called on Korean Central TV to show top-flight games from England without getting official approval.

According to the Daily Star, a league spokesman has said: "Nobody has the rights to broadcast Premier League football in North Korea so if this is happening then it is copyright theft, plain and simple."

The Premier League have previously threatened to take legal action against anyone who broadcasts matches without owning TV rights.
