Novak Djokovic has been crowned Laureus World Sportsman of the Year for the second time following a stellar 12 months for the Serbian.
The 27-year-old won Wimbledon and rose to the top of the world rankings in 2014.
Djokovic also reached the French Open final and made it through to the US Open semi-finals, while off the court he became a father for the first time.
"This is probably the crown of my 2014 season that has been highlighted with winning Wimbledon, regaining number one in the world and becoming a father. It has probably been my best year so far in my life," he said.
Djokovic claimed the eighth Grand Slam title of his career at the start of the year by beating Andy Murray in the Australian Open final.
